Below is a list of Modules and Tool Sets included in the new BMA Software™ Version Nine* that you will receive as a part of this enhancement to your current version of BMA Software™. Those features or tool sets listed in bold represent a new feature that is currently NOT available in your current version of BMA Software™. Keep in mind that all those features that you currently enjoy in your existing BMA version, though not listed, are in the new Version Nine release. Those items not listed in bold are existing features in the current version and are merely listed as a reminder to the functionality that will be available to you.

• Drill down on Fields: When navigating through record screens, the user can click on those fields that are part of another table record to drill down to that record without having to go to the menu.

Business Visibility Tools

• Dashboard Home Page has links too. This Customizing User Interface is role based so that it displays those tasks, alerts, module log-ins, quick links, and business metrics graphs that only pertain to that individual.
• Live Report Links –(cubes) Create Excel or other reports that can be saved that when retrieved would have a built in live link to your database. Get the visibility when you need it.
• Workflow – Let the system work for you. Set up custom parameters and processes that allow you to conduct your business the way you want so employees can be the most efficient and effective.
• Alerts – Set up custom pop-ups, email reminders, reports, etc that would trigger based on critical information so that you can make business decisions at the right time.
