BMA’s warehouse management system is an integrated additional module that enables your business to manage your warehouse inventory more effectively and more efficiently in real time.  This module provides complete control by interfacing an RF data collector directly to your inventory data so that inventory is available from receiving through shipment.  Shipments may be tracked as they are picked in the warehouse.  Warehouse personnel efficiency is revealed.  There are two modes for the operation of the warehouse management system.

1. The manual mode allows the RF terminal user to direct what will be picked based upon pick tickets printed in the warehouse.
2. The automated mode automatically notifies the RF terminal user that inventory should be picked and directs the user through the warehouse to pick the order.

The net result is inventory that is picked more efficiently and accurately. Now you can handle receiving and shipping quicker, more efficiently, and with more accurate put away.  Track the specific bin location for all products, move product between bins and between warehouses.  Then, automatically direct warehouse personnel to perform cycle counts on products flagged in the system or based on system generated ABCD cycle count parameters that you specify.
