A running dollar amount is automatically calculated and displayed 1) total invoices selected-to-be-paid, and 2) check amount remaining that can be spent.
  • Checks – Allows one check to be applied to invoices from multiple customer accounts within the master account!
  • Different Bill-to – Supports payments from payer different from bill-to name !

  • Unlimited number of pricing levels per item exclusively by customer.
  • Phone : Unlimited display of phone numbers for each Account Contact.
  • Pop-up Window Flags: Automatic pop-up windows for Point of Sale [see “Flag’ section below].
  • Recurring Invoices can be generated weekly or monthly !
  • Reverse Transaction: This is a special feature to allow you to reverse an invoice and properly adjust inventory quantities without having to perform a return at Point-of-Sale and enter each line individually.
  • Rebates: Tracked by customer and vendor (e.g. Phillips light program)
  • Route ID & Route Sequence Field – Integrates with BMA Dispatch Module.
  • Salespeople : Multiple “Default” Salesperson assigned option. Sale, Cost, and Gross Margin Analysis per customer by period or by year.
