Once quote is created, can edit it or convert to an order.
· Check availability and price without identifying the customer!

UTILITIES & FUNCTIONS
· Back Order Release Module: Allows you to see all outstanding back orders, pick the ones where quantity is NOW available to ship, and double click on that order to take you right to Point-of-Sale to invoice it. Take care of particular customers first before running the Auto Back order release utility.
· Auto Back order Release: Automatically allocate B/O and print picks.
This can be performed for all back orders or just certain product lines. It will allocate the orders starting with the oldest back order first.

· Order (or other Transaction) Browse Utility: Right at POS, can view orders, quotes, work orders, transfers, invoices, back orders, holds, etc. using six different browsing parameters displayed at the bottom of the screen. A search key (‘F5’) allows you to find a specific order.

· Search & Sorting Orders: Many Options - Order Number, Account Number, Sales ID, Ship Name, Job Number, and Customer PO Number. Can isolate the order search by the Order Status (Open, Ordered, All, Backordered, Hold, or Invoiced only). Can drill down to the actual order detail screen by double-clicking on the highlighted order, quote or invoice.
· Search by Items in a field (e.g. customer name): Just by pressing question mark, can search for items in a field or find a list of names. Can search by entering just a part of the name by pressing (‘F5’) key.
